Where to complain?
If you have a complaint about your telephone service, mobile phone service or broadband service,
the first step is to call your service provider’s Call Centre on toll free number and obtain the docket number
for registration of your complaint. Many complaints can be resolved at this stage.
If you are not satisfied with the redressal of your complaint at the Call Centre level, contact the
Nodal Officer of your service provider.
If you are still not satisfied with the redressal of the complaint/grievance by the Nodal Officer, you can appeal to the appellate authority of the service provider.
